Audi e-tron Sportback Concept bows in Shanghai
After the I.D. Crozz and the Skoda Vision E, the Volkswagen groups revealed a third full-electric concept car in Shanghai. This time it wears the four rings and heralds a brand new design language for the Ingolstadt-based premium brand.
Compared to the I.D. Crozz, e-tron Sportback is longer and more powerful, with three electric motors yielding 435 hp and 800 Nm of torque in total. Underneath the floorpan is a 95 kWh lithium ion battery that can be charged inductively. Production is slated to start in 2019.
